Conveyor Belts Type 330, 340, 430, 440

A belt for quenching and tempering furnaces; a wire belt for annealing and metallurgy.


Description, Type 330 and 340

Such as belt Type 300, these belts are manufactured of broadly wound spiral wire. However, to obtain the maximum density of the belt, this type is manufactured with several transverse wires per spacing (3 or 4). The transverse wires are ended by welding. The spiral wire is of a flat section. The belt is very dense and keeps heat well.

Characteristics

  • smooth belt surface allows transporting of products with small contact area
  • high belt density allows for good heat accumulation and preservation
  • long operating life of the belts


Application

As a cooling and carrying belt in glassworks; as a conveyor belt for hardening and tempering furnaces; as a conveyor belt in the food-processing industry; as a conveyor belt in electrical and engineering industry and so on.

As well as the belt Type 400, these belt are manufactured of broadly wound spiral wire. The spiral wire is of a round section. The belt is very dense and keeps heat well.
