Extremely resistant screens for both wet and dry sorting.

The Clip-Tec Polyurethane System

Suitable for both dry and wet sorting and for dewatering. The screen panels are installed onto supporting beams of the sorting machine with the help of universal adapter bars and secured with wedges.

Material

• polyurethane elastomer in the hardness range 55 to 85 Shore, transverse inner reinforcement
• two-layer system: bottom supporting layer (85 Shore A) + upper sorting layer (55 – 85 Shore A)

• standard 300 x 1000 mm, maximum 400 x 1500 mm

Clip-Clean

A perforated Vulkollan membrane is glued into the Clip-Tec panel. There are replaceable polyurethane balls in the bottom part of the screen helping to prevent its clogging. Designed for wet sorting of fine fractions that are difficult to separate.

Clip-Tec DUO

The supporting layer of the screen is of an 85 Shore A polyurethane, the sorting layer is of a 65 Shore A rubber. The screen is designed for demanding sorting of large input fractions. It is well-suited for the spot of impact of the material onto the sorting surface.

Clip-Tec DWS

The bottom supporting layer forms 20 % of the screen thickness while the top sorting layer forms 80 %. Designed for sorting materials prone to grain wedging.

Clip-Tec softlex

A cast flexible sorting surface formed by a 55 Shore A membrane. Designed for moist materials that are difficult to separate.
