The belt is made of transverse bars that are alternately twisted with steel cords in the direction of the belt movement. The transverse bars can be straight or crimped. The bars are either bent or welded together along the edge of the belt.
As a washing or drying belt in the food-processing industry, particularly for drying fruit and vegetables; as a dewatering belt in the confectionery industry; as a drying belt in the chemical or ceramics industry and so on.
Most common application in processes
