Conveyor Belts Type 400

A wire belt for soldering, quenching, tempering, annealing, baking, drying and also for decorative purposes.

The belt is made of broadly wound wire of a round section spiral. The alternating left and right wound spirals are joined by perpendicular transverse wires. The wires are ended by a loop or welding. The standard ending is welded; loop or bending is available for selected types upon request. The crimped transverse wires allow to keep the original structure off the belt after tensioning as they prevent shifting of the spiral wires.

  • direct run of the belt
  • most common and frequently used type of belt
  • large free area allows washing or drying products on the belt
  • long operating life of the belt
  • low price comparing to other types of belts
  • not suitable for transportation of products that leave residues on the belt, leading to sticking and decreasing its function

As a cooling belt in glassworks and ceramics factories; as a conveyor belt in the confectionery and chocolate industry; as a conveyor belt in the chemical industry; as a washing belt in the drinks and canning industry; as a drying belt in the lumber industry; as a conveyor belt in packing plants when packing into film and so on.
