Screens made of wedge-sectioned wires, welded. For the process of filtration, dewatering.

Application

The screen surface is formed by wedge-sectioned wires welded to transverse wires. Cylindrical wedge wire screens are used in the food industry, the chemical industry, the paper industry, the pharmaceutical industry and in many other sectors where there are high requirements for pressure, mechanical resistance and abrasion.

 

Slot size: from 0.05 to approx. 10 mm.
Maximum screen size: 2000 mm.
The screens can be produced separately, in frames or reinforced according to the client’s request.
The section of the wedge wire is chosen according to the type and abrasiveness of the sorted material.
