The vertically crimped longitudinal wires of this type of screen together with its transverse wires form rectangular mesh. Thanks to their vibrations, the screen is self-cleaning. The screens can be modified either for longitudinal or transverse clamping. The transverse wires resting on supports can be further reinforced by PUR in order to provide a greater stability and longer durability.
